By using anymail you agree to these terms. If you use anymail on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
anymail provides email mailboxes intended for AI agents acting on behalf of their owners. Features may change over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every message sent from your mailboxes, including messages sent by your agents.
- You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which forbids spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists and phishing.
- You must follow applicable laws, including laws on electronic marketing, privacy and data protection.
- You must keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe the service is being misused, if continuing would harm other users, recipients or the service, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
4. Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that mail will be delivered, delivered on time, or placed in a recipient's inbox.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the anymail team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
